      Marta Chroma's law dictionary makes the following suggestions for narizeni vykonu rozhodnuti prikazanim pohledavky:

      an order to execute a judgment by the compulsory satisfaction of a claim / by the satisfaction of a claim in a prescribed manner / by assigning the debtor's money for the payment of a particular claim.

      For vykon rozhodnuti she suggests:

      enforcement/execution of a decision/judgment.

      You could start off correctly with "the court orders NOUN or THAT..." or "the court makes an order THAT/for NOUN/to VERB...". Then check out the various alternatives on the search engines. In practice more elliptical forms will often be used.
