      Another one I am afraid. A generalized skin rash is one that crops up in a
      lot of places - as opposed to a local rash. Is it right to talk about an
      obecna kozni vyrazka and a mistni kozni vyrazka here? Does obecna mean
      generalized in this sense or just "common". I can find nothing for "obecna
      (kozni) vyrazka" and hope that someone can point me in the right direction.
