      sklanim se v ucte pred Tvymi kontakty, odbornymi i jazykovymi.
      Ale vzdycky jsem si myslel, ze Leberkaese je to, cemu cesky rikame jatrovka,
      also etwas wie Leberschmierwurst.
      A Ty ted prijdes s tim, ze je to sekana (= veprove+hovezi+Zutaten). Tak proc
      tedy Leber-?

      Mam ted potvrzeni od reznika v Holandsku (mj. Prekladatel
      AJ-NJ-Holandstina), ktery mi potvrdi, ze meat cheese je prachobycejna
      sekana. Nebo takto: to, co v rakousku a bavorsku je nazyvan Leberkäse. Zde
      (napr. v Globusu) se to prodava jako "bavorska sekana".
