      Nepojmenovan dokumentZdravim,
muze mi nekdo urgentne poradit, jak chape "co-terminus" v nasledujici vete:
"The Lease to be co-terminus with the existing Lease, 8 years remaining".
Znamen to, ze platnost smluv skonci zaroven po tech 8 letech, nebo tech 8 let budou platit obe a ta prvni pak bude platit i po tom?
Nemam temer zadny kontext. Mam prelozit asi 7 bodu, ktere doplnuji nejakou stavajici najemni smlouvu, protoze budou pristavovat dalsi prostory a pronajimane prostory se budou rozsirovat.
      Diky moc
      Iveta

It should be spelled "coterminous" (with a second O). I understand it
to mean that the two leases will expire at the same time. Dictionaries
seem to support this interpretation, but the word has a few different
            meanings.
