      just a bank's address here - you can simply replace with the actual address
      (should not be difficult to find) and add the German name in brackets, if
      you like - it's in fact just a house built by Gocar, the architect.

      I would definitely leave all of these in Czech (with the possible exception
      of Gocaruv dum, but only if the building is old enough to have had a German
      name, and even then only if the building itself is of significance in some
      way).

      I would expect all of these to have established German names, which I'd
      recommend using. Include the Czech name in parentheses on first mention.

      I'd probably go with straight German here, except for the actual words
      Sazka, Kobylisy and Zizkov.

      Use 'Moldau' for the river and 'Vltava' for the boat (maybe mention
      parenthetically somewhere that Vltava is the Czech name of the river);
      Brunclik and Certovka probably have traditional German names which I'd
      recommend treating like the church names.

      All just MHO of course.
