      The Tax Office official has doubts whether the claimed tax deduct was
      legal, because the stuff the guy has purchased was probably not needed
      for his business. Say, a tailor claims he needed (and bought and now
      claims as business expense) a truckload of icecream.

      It's a bit cumbersome wording but still well within lines of Czech civil
      servant lingo.
