      Notes: Don Rice was president for 1955 and into Spring, 1956 when Service Motors acquired the CCOC and George W. Drum was appointed managing director. Rice also directed the 1955 CCOC national meet on August 14th of that year in Perkasie, Pennsylvania. CCOC Past-president Donald W. Rice passed away on April 9th, 2002.

        Notes: He never graduated from Purdue for lack of money but would rise to the presidency of Waukesha Engine (1939-1960) and was directly involved in the design and production of the Crosley Cub 150 Twin engine, and he would found the James E.
