Cincinnati: A New Dawn for the Crosley Building?
John Watson of Indianapolis-based Core Redevelopment plans is to take the vacant 1928 Crosley Building and turn it into 238 apartments. He is CEO of Core, a real estate company that has creative solutions for buildings. He’s working on redeveloping the eight-story Crosley Building along Interstate 75 in Camp Washington. Core Redevelopment’s plan is to take the vacant building, which was built by Powel Crosley in 1928 to produce radios, appliances and cars and turn it into 238 apartments. Watson said he’s in the process of working with the city on a tax abatement.
