      CINCINNATI. July 6 (1944) (AP) - Powel Crosley, Jr., radio manufacturing
      pioneer and president of the Cincinnati Reds Baseball Club, was named defendant here in a divorce action filed by Marianne Wallingford Crosley, whom he married in Mount Vernon, Ind., Jan. 9, 1943.
      Mrs. Crosley alleged gross neglect of duty and asked for restoration of her maiden name.
