      Hiya!  If the engine was properly rebuilt back in the 60s, it likely has new main bearings that are all but unobtainable these days.  You have to take the seller at his word, but could be all you have to do is pull things apart, maybe rehone the cylinders, and put it back together with new gaskets and seals to have a new engine.  The average engine you see has the old components in unknown condition.
