        You will need a export health certificate from a Costa Rican vet - this form is signed off and stamped by SENASA. Pets must be current on vaccinations.  On

          You will need a export health certificate from a Costa Rican vet - this form is signed off and stamped by SENASA. Pets must be current on vaccinations.  On trips back - sometimes customs in US never asked for the papers - but you better have it.  Some airlines will want a copy of health certificate 48hrs before flight.
