- lantanas should be fairly easy to find in most central valley viveros. the common name is cinco negritos. each flower often turns into five very dark small fruits, thus the name.
it may grow a bit thin where you live as they tend to like a dryer climate then where you live. they are worth the try as they are good butterfly attractors and are easy to take care of once established.

- Yes they are everywhere . . . there is a specie that seems to not be much liked by butterflies ,- has a bigger flower and is pink/purple and white. Stay with the bright orange - there are 2 flavors - small bushes and huge gangly bushes (which can be trimmed back every few months), Berni
