Mind-numbing question of the day.  I've been trying to find out which day the Uncanny X-Men at the State Fair of Texas was issued on.  Some on-line sources say September 1983, some say October 1983, so even the month is not clearly agreed upon.  Presumably it was first released on a specific date in the Dallas Times-Herald (apparently now defunct, I used to read it back about 1980).  I once attended the fair back in the fall of 1975.  

Currently the fair opens on the last Friday of September each year and runs for 24 days, so both September and October are intelligent guesses.

I would like to know the actual date the giveaway supplement was released on, I suppose I'm a hopeless completist on that sort of information.
