Group Description

This group is for discussion and advice by members of this self-appointed committee to develop and implement a global treaty for climate stabilization addressing solutions to greenhouse effect, ozone layer depletion, etc.

As of September 21, 2003, stimulated by Hurricane Isabel which at one point had 165mph winds headed for Washington DC which would have wiped the Capitol off the map, "a wake-up call," this group is shifting into high gear in support of Alden Bryant Associates and the Emergency Climate Stabilization Initiative being launched September 24, 2003, by Mr. Bryant's convening of an Emergency Climate Stabilization Conference in Berkeley as a briefing for California Governor Gray Davis's energy staff and California Gubernatorial Recall Candidates

This initiative is an outgrowth of the Drums of Peace Campaign for multi-lateral political support of this initiative, as its "Agenda ITEM 6" which group may be accessed as a public archive advanced scientific intelligence overture at

This group will be notified as plans solidify for this and future such conferences, and expected support of the University of California Community logically led by its first campus Cal Berkeley which is in the same city of Alden Bryant's longtime residence.

To be more directly involved in the planning and execution of this Emergency Climate Stabilization Initiative, also see or subscribe at Alden Bryant Associates at live link end this list homepage, an annoucement list, whereas this is a discussion and collaboration list for all members.
