Fox decided to end the 14-year-old sketch comedy series after it failed
to see a ratings boost from the presidential election. Now "Mad TV's"
co-creator is devising a plan to shop a cheaper version of the show to
cable networks. "There's a long list of parties that have called us,
including a few very recently, and we're going to start conversations
with theme very shortly," says co-creator David Salzman. .
