That's a GREAT idea! Make sure you include a Geocaching aspect to the event such as CITO at the HWY 29 rest area there near Park Road 4 or a meet and greet for Hill Country Cachers.

But I guess if you set up an "event" for geocachers to meet there at a particular date and time it could presumably be approved. Oh well, I want to see the bald eagles even if I don't earn a smiley for it! Thanks for sharing this with us, Tim.
