Subject: [CentralTexasGeocachers] Lets just go with Friday night! For the strategy meeting!

Friday Feb. 6th from 7-10pm  Potluck planning and strategy meeting.
      7813 Kincheon Ct.
      Austin, TX  78749
      512-301-3779 home

I just found out my daughter is in a soccer tournament in Georgetown
over the weekend, so I will be driving her up there all weekend,
back and forth about 25 or so miles each way, I guess.  For those of
you who count miles! (not mentioning any names, Shelly)

It will help to have it somewhere quiet where we can sit around a
table or all around a room and plan.  The Waterloo Ice House is an
awesome restaurant, but it's always been pretty loud and busy when I
have been there, both the one on 38th and the one on 6th.

Of course, I am well aware that our parties at my house get rather
loud, too, especially at the White Elephant Gift Exchanges!!!

Not to mention my animal menagerie out back.

Lets use the KISS strategy! (Keep It Simple Stupid)

And Shelly you have to be there, I hear you are the one planning
some potlucks at the TX Challenge Events for our team!!!!!  Yeah
      Food!!!

The only other quiet meeting areas I can think of that are free are
the History Center on Guadalupe and 9th and they are always booked a
year in advance.  or a room at a public library.  Or a room at a
      county facility like:
Austin/ Travis County Health Dept .
      West Rural Center  at
5446 Hwy 290 suite #200 (at Industrial Oaks)
Some of these places only give rooms to non-profits, some don't
      allow any food, either.

To me a restaurant costs a lot of money and they are too loud.

Summer is upon us soon, and we can have outdoor meetings soon.

      love,
      Tanya
