Hi! Greyhat17 and I are nearing our 1 year anniversary of caching as well as closing in on our 1,000 find!! Very exciting. We were wondering if anyone had a suggestion on a good cache to do for our 1,000th find. Keep in mind we make all of our finds with a almost 2 year old in tow! Definitely adds an extra challenge to the hunt. Especially since she now yells out, " caching in the rocks" or randomly feels up a tree or lamp post and tells us, " I find it" while we are trying to make a grab!!!! If you can think of any suggestions, please send them our way. I'm sure it will be a great way to learn about some interesting and memorable caches in the area that we might not be aware of as well. Thanks for your help!!!

If you haven't done GC2B034 Necropolis of Brittania Manor III, that would be my choice. It takes a few hours to do, but is loads of fun.

We have a 'Best Caches for Kids' category in the Austin Cache Awards... though I'm not sure how much for 2 year olds. However, here's a list of nominees over the past couple years. NOTE! I have not checked how active some of these are (and ALL are bookmarked in the Austin Cache Awards for that year, to narrow what the community thinks of as best)...(Smile Machine is a great one for a 2 year old, by the way... or a 52 year old....)
