Re: [CentralTexasGeocachers] GeoCoin Success Story
- Wonderful news! It seems pretty rare for a coin to complete it's journey. I've not been able to post for a while (battling the stomach virus in our house - yuck!), but we've also had our first geocoin complete it's journey to our family in Japan in the last couple of weeks. You can check it out here:Any other success stories out there?Heather/Ronin's Gal----- Original Message -----From: Dana BrowningSent: Saturday, November 27, 2010 6:00 PMSubject: [CentralTexasGeocachers] GeoCoin Success Story
I have a happy story to share...so many of these coins go MIA. I found this one (Australia 2008 Emu Coin) in an ordinary cache in Round Rock last January 1st (Resolution Run 2008). It started in Australia and wanted to go to Denmark. I dropped it in Rome, and it quickly made its way north until last week ending up in the owner's hands! So cool. I love being a part of the travel bug chain!
