Check out the Round Rock Library.  Our Star Trek club recently used it on a Saturday until 8 PM, and one of the meeting rooms has a kitchenettte attached.  I think it's $25 for 2 hours, but I won't swear to that.  It does book up very quickly, though, so you'll want to check with them on tentative dates sooner rather than later!

      Hi Ladies,

Libraries usually have community rooms that you can reserve.  They're not usually open on Saturday nights, but no one said it had to be a Saturday night, right?  Surprisingly, they allow food, too!  Check the website to see how many people the various sites will accommodate.  Reserve well in advance!
      Hope that helps,

We (MamaCC and I) wanted to throw it out there early that we're starting to plan our Christmas-potluck-white-elephant-gift-exchange event again this year :)  This early warning coming from MamaCC who's the long term planner - I'm more of a last minute throw it together kind of girl ;)

The event will likely be in the Leander/Cedar Park/NW Austin/W Round Rock area.

No date in mind yet so if anyone has any date/day suggestions in Dec - for or against - for reasons or other events we might not be thinking of or be aware of please let us know :)

If anyone has any ideas for a free or affordable toasty indoor space with tables and chairs included please let us know :)  We can do the Cedar Park rec center again but it's pricey and we'd have to charge adult admission again.

Also - we'll be looking for sponsors again this year for door prizes.  If anyone has any suggestions for sponsors along with contact information please let us know :)  And if any of you would like to donate door prizes that would be most welcome as well :)

We are open to fun ideas/suggestions of any kind :)

Would love a volunteer to coordinate a kids' craft table :)

      Thanks for reading!
