I noticed this article in Currents (LCRA's newsletter): http://www.lcra.org/newsletter/currents/july06/geocaching.html
so I decided to send them an email to ask if geocaching is allowed at McKinney Roughs. (One of LCRA's parks.)

The first response was that they (park staff) are working on placing some caches there. I sent a follow-up email to ascertain if the public is allowed to place caches there. Hopefully I will get a response today.
