      Rub the inside of a banana peel on the sores.  It looks bad but it
      drys out and stops the itching.  There is also the hot water
      scratcher.  Use water as hot as you can stand through a handheld
      showerhead to wash over the area.  You will get that "I just
      scratched" feeling and it gives some releif.
