Re: Riverdance and Jean Butler - Feb. 9 on WLIW
- Well, Gerard, I know you'll also want to buy Jean's Irish dance
instructional DVD, being released in early March in North America!
She'll be at the Riverdance press launch next week, and I'm sure we'll
find out a lot more details.
I love how this time of year, as we get closer to March, is jampacked
with Irish dance "newsy tidbits." :-)

- Hi, question...does anyone know where wecan find detailes on the press
launch, or the DVD, and does anyone know if said DVD will be available for
shipping to other countries, say, Mexico? Thanks so much!
- I'm sure we'll hear official word soon, and we'll post here
immediately, as well as add the information to the feature I put on
our main page at the Celtic Cafe:
The Riverdance press launch will be in New York City on the 10th.

- I work for the American Tap Dance Foundation ( http://www.atdf.org ) and we are in need of interns for our February Winter Tap Intensive. There is a short-term commitment for a few days before the intensive (which is February 18-21, 2005) and some technical responsibilities during the weekend in exchange for free tap classes.
If you or anyone you know will be in NYC for this event and would like to score some free classes please contact Hjordis (pronounced Yer-diss) Linn or myself at 646-230-9564 or by e-mailing us at hlinn@... or ksmith@..., respectively.

- *REMINDER* Reminder for those of you who are lucky enough to be able
to tune in WLIW 21 this evening! :-)
