Group Description

Our purpose is to protect our breeds and support through sharing knowledge, for those to bridge the gap from the novice to the more experienced, guided by the research and ideas of Dr. John Armstrong and the Diversity Project for discussion.
We hope to generate interest among those seeking knowledge in an "informal atmosphere". We are not necessarily restricted to canines or genetics. Genetic history, advancement and general health play a major role in the future of our canines, most importantly in breeding programs. We can all help by being informed on basic genetic principals, good breeding practices, genetic diseases and other issues that interest the list members. Communications between breeds and those studying genetics of our breeds is vital to canine wellbeing. Puppy people deserve the very best we can produce and share. All are welcome.
* Feel free to use the links, files, photo section, database to store information. You may send attachments and photo's in posts.
A little levity is welcome, please keep it civil!

Thank You.
