    American River Parkway, backwater lagoons behind Rio Americano High School, Sacramento Co.
    11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunny, moderate breeze.
     
    Pacific Forktail -- 150, many still teneral
    Bluets -- 80 or so, most Familiar, but most teneral and hard to ID for sure.
    Arroyo Bluet -- 1 male netted, probably more seen, but some probably Tules.
    Exclamation Damsel -- 4
    Common Green Darner -- 4 patrolling males.
    Variegated Meadowhawk -- 2 patrolling males.
    Common Whitetail -- 1 immature male and 1 immature female away from water.
     
    Lots of damsels emerging (see attached images).

    American River Parkway, Glenbrook Access, Sacramento Co.
    1:30 to 2:30 p.m.  Sunny, warm, breezy
     
    Pacific Forktail -- 40
    Bluets -- about 12 total, most tenerals, 1 definite male Tule Bluet.
    Common Green Darner -- 3 patrolling males.
