      University of New Hampshire. The Department of English invites applications
      for two tenure-track positions in English, in fiction writing, beginning
      September 2008. Both at the assistant professor level, but advanced assistant
      professors are strongly encouraged to apply. Salary will be commensurate with
      experience & publications. Teaching responsibilities: fiction workshops, Fiction:
      Form & Technique, & other courses at the undergraduate (both introductory &
      advanced) & graduate levels. The course load is 3/2 & there is an opportunity to
      help develop a newly-launched MFA & to work with a well-established Writers
      Series. Minimum requirements: at least one novel or story collection published or
      accepted by a national press, teaching experience at the college level, &
      preferably an MFA. Send letter, c.v., dossier, graduate transcripts, published
      novel or story collection, & SASE by November 1. Interviews will be conducted at
      MLA. Fiction Search Committee, English Department, University of New

      associate or advanced assistant professor: a poet, with established national
      reputation, significant publications, & demonstrated excellence in teaching
      poetry at the college/university level. Teaching will include undergraduate &
      graduate poetry workshops, AForm & Theory of Poetry,@ & other courses in
      literature & writing, possibly including the short story. Opportunity to help develop
      an MFA in Writing. 3/2 teaching load. Applicants should send a letter, c.v.,
