      The Department of English invites MFAs and PhDs to apply for a
      tenure-track position in creative nonfiction at the assistant professor
      rank. We seek someone who can teach Creative Writing with creative
      nonfiction focus and secondary emphasis in journalism. Proven track
      record of publication in creative nonfiction and ability to teach
      creative writing workshops in new undergraduate creative writing track
      necessary. Journalism experience assumed. Teaching load is 4/4.

      The position requires an MFA or Ph.D. in Creative Writing with creative
      nonfiction focus and secondary emphasis in journalism. A successful
      criminal background check will be required as a condition of employment.

      curriculum vitae, original transcripts, three letters of
      recommendation, and writing sample to Dr. Aaron Sanders, Department of

      for part-time and full-time faculty positions must include transcripts
      of all academic work, and official transcripts must be presented prior
      to campus visit if selected for interview. Ability to meet Southern
      Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) requirements, in particular
      a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline. Columbus
