I am excited to be with you in just a few days.
As you know from your time with Judith we will continue the theme of trauma with an emphasis on the unexpected things that can happen
We know that these things can change our brain and therefore how we interact with the world
We also know that if we are resilience or graced with an appropriate intervention, the shock can be absorbed, integrated into our life story without narrowing our lives
Some of this material can be difficult to hear, work with and absorb. Please plan on taking good care of yourself throughout our days and evenings together. To that end, please bring an object for the alter that represents soothing and safety for you. And, as always, bring art materials to draw or doodle with, music and musical instruments.
