SBT: North County Today
- Howdy, Birders,
Some San Benito County birding highlights this afternoon today included:
WHITE-FACED IBIS- 1 in the same area as the grackles. Not an easy
bird to see in this county.
GREAT-TAILED GRACKLE- today's count of at least 21 birds is an all
time record high count for the county. There may be as many as 30,
These birds, along with a few waders and ducks are near the house
with the dinosaurs on the front lawn. You can't miss them!
San Felipe Lake:
REDHEAD- 2, male & female
BALD EAGLE- 2, male & female. No nest apparent. Maybe they are just
