No Shoveler this time, but in addition to the usual mob of coots, there were the following feathered critters:

      Mallards
      Common Goldeneyes
      Buffleheads
      Ruddy Ducks
      Cinnamone Teal
      Mute Swan
      Great Blue Heron
      Pied-billed Grebe
      Double-crested Cormorants
      Great-tailed Grackles
      Red-winged Blackbirds
      Black Phoebe
      Say's Phoebe
      Yellow-rumped Warblers
      White-crowned Sparrows

Along the DeAnza Trail at the north end of town, I saw what appeared to be an albino California Ground Squirrel at a distance. Same siz and shape, but all white.

Signs of spring are common now. Plain Titmice and a Brown Towhee have been singing. Nuttall's Woodpeckers have been drumming. Some trees and shrubs are leafing out or blooming. And beautiful daffodils are at their peak.
