      Hi,

Irma and I saw the Baikal Teal today around 2:15 PM, from the hill, which I
believe to be the best place to look for the bird, since there is little
chance that the birds on the ponds will be spooked.

When we arrived, after rushing back from a weekend trip to San Francisco,
there were five or six other birders already on the hill and several of them had
been watching the bird for over an hour. We spent about another twenty
      minutes with the bird.

Nice seeing this bird after we missed the one near Seattle WA at the
      beginning of the year.

Great birding and find that next lifer,

      John (One of Birders2)
John + Irma = 2, we are birders, too.
