      Hi, all! Ran up Nate Harrison Grade today and through Palomar down to Lake
      Henshaw; weirdest bird was a GREEN HERON at Doane Pond! Nothing else
      unusual; it was gorgeous up there, but FREEZING! Lake Henshaw was stuffed with
      birds; good numbers of both CLARK's and WESTERN GREBES, and COMMON MERGANSERS
      were at the west end. Couldn't find any Bald Eagles, though, although a HARRIER
      was cruising the opposite bank; that was a new bird for my records.
