Because of reports of conflicts between birders and Cemetery
personnel, and the importance of retaining birding access to this
important bird observation area, I have up-loaded a PDF file version of
a recommended Conduct Guide for Ft Rosecrans National Cemetery on the
      SD Birds file page:

      http://groups.yahoo.com/group/SDBIRDS/files/
      San%20Diego%20Birding%20Areas/

This guide is meant to reduce the potential conflicts between
compatible birding activities and Cemetery management; IT HAS NOT YET
      BEEN PRESENTED TO THOSE PERSONNEL.

Visitors who watch birds at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery should
remember that the cemetery is a shrine to the honored dead of the Armed
Forces of the United States and should respect the primary use of this
      historic area.
