      Hi All,

The Amreican Tree Sparrow found yesterday at Ballona Freshwater Marsh in
Playa del Rey continued this morning about 2/3 of the way from Lincoln
Avenue along the Jefferson Avenue side. The bird is associating with
Savannah Sparrows and spends most of its time on the ground.

To reach Ballona Freshwater Marsh from I-405, take the Marina Freeway
(SR-90) west. The freeway becomes an expressway. At the first traffic
signal, turn left onto Culver Blvd. Go across the bridge over Lincoln,
around the 90 degree bend to the right, to the next signal, which is
Jefferson. Turn left. Go up to where the fence starts on the right and park
      anywhere along the fence.

      Good birding,
