      Hi folks,

(Puts on 'Minister for A&S' hat.)

In future I'll be compiling a Brighthelm quarterly A&S report that will both go on our website and will also pass up the food chain to the shire A&S minister. I'd like to know what A&S stuff people have done, either research or handiwork, preferably with pictures that I can use to illustrate the report and pages.

So to start the ball rolling, this is what I've been up to over the last quarter:

Making garb. Lots of tunics and skirts, and doing some research into Spanish designs for a fencing habit.
Heraldry. Drawing things for various people.
Needlework. Not a lot of actual sewing but creating oodles of designs for other people (mainly heraldic ones). I've started a Tudor rose in goldwork (Opus Anglicanum) as a documented project. Oh yes - and I finally finished the little raven banner.
Siege engineering. I've built two small siege engines for their then-majesties Gerhardt and Aurelia.
Fletching. I made a dozen arrows and promptly broke two of them at Late Summer Tourney.

      Over to you.
