      Ya, that's the the way I set mine up: slots on the bottom. Started out
      w/ 1/16" holes, spaced ~1/4 apart, but the flow rate was kinda slow.
      Cut slots w/ a hacksaw, and it works fine.
      It occurred to me that my mash tun is basically set up the same way,
      tho' it's rectangular, not a loop...
