It was the ship the men and orginsation.i have the print copy.bbut wheb I ordered it I was unwareit would be to big to scabn.sadly we can nointerloan cascadaisyt titiles.and it was on tape.i know longer have a casettee player.it was a great book with tons of information.

      I have been trying to find some information as to the differences in ships between 1700 and 1800,  Specifically, i know the sails mouted on the missen mast changed, and possibly more spars were added to the masts.  The ships seemed to have gotten bigger ( 64 going to 74 )
      Can anyon tell me, or point me to information as to whether their were changes in ability to sail closer to the wind, turning ability or speed?

      Jim Good luck.iy was very expensive to but.but it has a lot of informationand photos or pictures in the book.the tables the tables were not read on tape.bor
