      Hi Everybody:

      We also were away from home for 1/3 of the month in May/June, when our water bill was 3 times normal.
      So we have a pattern established.

      We're going to contact the California Public Utilities Commission,
      and present them evidence that several of us were overcharged for water.

      We would like to make this a neighborhood issue rather than just our own issue.
      We will get this set up, and give everyone the contact info to add yourselves to the grievance.
