      Hi everyone -

Thanks you all for a very successful Monday night meeting.

Before we start losing momentum, I thought I would send out an e-mail.  I included in this e-mail folks that I remember from the meeting who were former officers and I happen to have saved their info.

Can we try to convene once before the end of the year to go over the sign-up sheets from the meeting and plan for the next one?

My house is small but available for the size of this group. Jose Gutierrez, the Pres from Holly Park has also offered to host a website for us from his website so we'll need to discuss that as well as forming committees with people who are interested - such as neighborhood watch, maybe a social events committee, etc. Also the question of officer elections came up... I'll come up with a list of issues.

These are the dates I'm available:
      Fri night, 11/7
Fri night, 11/14, Sat night, 11/15
Fri night 11/21, Sat morning 11/22
December Friday nights and Saturday nights are open until the 20th.

Please let me know your availability and we will try to pick a date where the most people can make it. Thanks! Happy Halloween!
      Pat Hachiya
