Thanks Chuck but he is wrong. That is just talking about the book of Revelation not the Scriptures. Still we should not add to it just the same but I get really uptight when Christians say "the Bible says yada yada yada" when the Bible says no such thing. I wonder if Cross accepts the KJ addition of 1 John 5:7. That would be interesting to know.

      Shalom

      Sea,

I think these are the verses he is talking about.

      Revelation 22:18-19

18For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

I was challenged by Jehovah's witness when I first started to study the bible to check an see what name was most used for God in the bible. Of course he was claiming that the name Jehovah was. So I got a Strong's concordance and I counted each and every name used for God in the OT and The I did it with the Tanakh and I found out to my own surprise that the name most used for was and is the name, "'ĕlo& #770;hi&# 770;ym"
