      CONSEQUENCES

In 1993, the Ghostbusters and their firehouse vanished without a trace.  In 2011, Mozzie is asked by an old con-man friend to retrieve a powerful stone from the Nazi treasure because he believes it is the only hope to save his son, Peter Venkman, and the other Ghostbusters.  Although Neal is afraid Agent Burke will catch him in the act, and prison will result, he and Mozzie risk using the artifact.  Rescue is at hand for the Ghostbusters when Peter Burke arrives -- and vanishes into the artifact.

Freeing him will certainly send Neal back to prison, but failing to free him will mean that Burke may die, or be trapped for eternity, in this enthralling *White Collar / Real Ghostbusters* crossover gen novel by Sheila Paulson, with a lovely color cover by KAM.  While the Ghostbusters struggle to acclimate to 2011 and all that they have missed in the past eighteen years, Neal struggles with a decision that has him caught between a rock and a hard place.

All actions have consequences -- Neal must weigh prison for the rest of his life, but with Peter alive and well, against freedom and being on the run, but with Peter forever trapped inside the stone.  Can he live with his decision, whatever it is?
