MAGNIFICENT SEVEN LAS VEGAS CHRONICLES 2
Written by many amazing authors, this captivating new alternate universe will draw you in and hold you spell-bound to the very last page! Three years ago, the owner of the Montecito Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas discovered the need to replace his head of security and several other key members of his security. He had heard about Chris Larabee, who was a former special agent for the FBI, Las Vegas Unit, who had the qualities he needed. When Chris was approached about the job, he agreed to take it under the condition that he had carte blanche on picking his team. The owner agreed and Larabee was hired. Chris brought in Buck Wilmington, and old friend and former FBI special agent; Vin Tanner, a former Texas Ranger; Josiah Sanchez, the son of a missionary; Nathan Jackson, the resort's doctor on call, with ties to security; and JD Dunne, a young computer genius who had graduated years ahead of his contemporaries at MIT. Chris thought his team was complete, but the casino owner insisted on adding one more -- Ezra Standish, a gambler who had been caught trying to run the tables at the Montecito. The owner cut a deal with Ezra, offering him the job as head pit boss in return for Ezra teaching the lower pit bosses and dealers how to catch a cheat. Chris balked at bringing in a con man and known cheat for such an important job, but bowed to the owner's authority, making it known he did so under protest. Through the three years the team has worked together, they have come to know and trust each other like family. Chris Larabee is proud of that his security team of seven is the best -- magnificent, even!
* Multimedia *
From "Magnum, P.I." to "NCIS," and many shows in between, producer-writer Donald Bellasario has shown he understands what fans want in a TV show. From "Quantum Leap" to "JAG", he's invented characters who are funny, mysterious, dramatic, silly and have amazing back-stories of their lives. And the stories in this zine celebrate Bellasario's creative genius by giving you the same depth of character and fascinating tales as their original shows. From some of the best authors around, come revel in stories about Jethro Gibbs and Sam Beckett and Harmon Rabb and Thomas Magnum, and many, many more. These stories will make you remember why you loved these shows in the first place!
* Numb3rs *
The Eppes family is a congruence of dissimilar things: the father, Alan, is a retired city engineer, the older brother, Don, is an FBI agent, and the younger brother, Charlie, is a genius mathematician. Don has discovered that, amazingly, Charlie's numbers and formulas can help him do his job better, catch more criminals -- so having him around more just...made good business sense. At least that's what he kept telling himself. But Charlie needed no such rationalization -- he loved Don. Fully. Whole-heartedly. In a want-you-in-my-bed kind of way. Don resisted. Brothers did *not* fall in love. Brothers did not *make* love. With Charlie pushing, and Don holding back, it seemed their lives were at an impossible impasse. Until a dark family secret comes to light, and then all bets are off. Written by Lady Ra, with a lovely color cover by KAM, this is one novel that will stay with you long after you close the zine!
* The Sentinel *
During a murder investigation, Jim begins to suspect Blair has suffered abuse as a minor, possibly at the hands of his 'mentor.' Together, they must learn to deal with their world spiraling in tightly around them, while Blair struggles through a hard-won recovery. Topped by a gorgeous color cover and b&w interiors by Lilac, this novel by Grey is composed of three stories that tell an over-arcing saga that will hold your interest until the very last page!
* Stargate: Atlantis *

puddlejumper taking off!
* Stargate SG-1 *
From Jack at his snarkiest to Daniel at his most focused-on-a-new-piece-of-Ancient-technology to Sam reveling in science-is-my-religion and Teal'c in his glory of "Indeed"and all points in between, the stories in these gen zines showcase the best of what makes SG-1 *the* team at Stargate Command. With deftly-crafted tales from such premiere authors as Momoftoad, Denise, Sue Corkill, Wendy Parkinson and many more, these zines are definite keepers!
THOSE LEFT BEHIND
When Malcolm Barrett of the NID seeks to enlist the aid of General Hammond and the SGC to test a 'miracle drug' that can free Goa'uld-blended hosts from their enslavement, everyone -- including SG-1 and Dr. Janet Fraiser -- are skeptical. But when it seems like the drug might work and the only way to prove its worth is with a live subject, SG-1 is given the assignment. Colonel Jack O'Neill, Major Samantha Carter, Teal'c, Jonas Quinn and Dr. Janet Fraiser, along with the help of their old friend and ally Bra'tac, embarck on a perilous mission to find a Goa'uld on which to test the drug and perhaps find the cure-all so desperately sought. Written by Denise Petet, this gen novel is spellbinding and not to be missed!
