BOUGHT HIVES. scared that not enough honey for winter. feed question

      bought 9 hives (9 frames with steel spacers)from a beekeeper . opened the honey super and there is 30% honey drawn out.. i am thinking i should feed and after that super is full place another super on tip so there is enough honey to over winter.. am i on the right path? if so here is the feeders i bought

      i had to pull two frames so it fits.. which frames should i pull? is this in the correct possession?
