Her draft is 30 inches, Beam is 8ft , her LOA is 25ft (with stern pulpit AKA "pushpit") , LOD 23.67ft , LWL 20.33ft
Her auxiliary is a low hour Yanmar 2GM20F (Freshwater cooled) diesel coupled to a Yanmar SD20 saildrive, Gori 2 blade folding propeller.
Tankage is 20 gallon diesel and 19 gallon freshwater tank.
There is an enclosed head with a stainless wash basin with manual water pump and a varnished teak framed mirror and a place for a port-a-potty.
Cabin sole is 1/2" solid teak.
Cabin lighting consists of 2 stainless steel 7" round LED dome lights with red and white lighting, 2 dual filament incandescent reading lights in V berth, Indirect LED lighting with remote (RGB).
2 engine room lights also are installed.
Galley has a new Formica brand pressure laminate top, 2 burner pressure alcohol stove and stainless sink with again a manual pump.
A 110volt AC 6cf refrigerator is installed where the icebox once lived.
Electrical panel with Airpax breakers and volt meter.
Perko dual battery switch and automatic battery combiner/isolator is installed as well as a NewMar dual bank marine battery charger, Standing rigging is solid, running rigging is a mix of new and 3-4 year old in good condition.
Sheet winches are Barlow chrome platted bronze single speed in good working condition.
Spars are aluminum Kenyon, E section, the mast is deck stepped single spreader with a K-1800 masthead assembly (sheave box) and a K-1422 spinnaker halyard bail also a spinnaker car T-Track on the front of the mast and a chrome platted bronze Barlow halyard winch on the mast as well.
The anchor light is a New OGM LXA LED with the photo cell option.
Masthead mounted Shakespeare sailboat (Squatty Body) VHF antenna with a new Davis Instruments Windex AV 15" wind vane.
Steaming light, stern light, spreader light and navigation light are all incandescent at this time but I have purchased USCG certified 2NM shark eyes LED lights yet to be installed.
Sails are useable and some have just come back from the sail loft.
Sail inventory 1 main, 1 110% Genoa and 1 150% Genoa and 2 storm jibs all hank on.
A tri-radial Spinnaker in a turtle bag that I have never flown (no spinnaker pole or car on the boat)
I have a For-spar whisker pole for her but the ends need attention.
There is a teak grate in the cockpit with an additional cockpit drain (1 ½") added to supplement the original scupper.
Port lights are replacement Plexiglas and do not leak.
There is an automatic bilge pump in keel sump and a Guzzler manual bilge pump mounted in the starboard cockpit locker with the suction at the bottom of the keel sump.
This is a dry boat, the deck hardware has been re-bedded with 3M-5200
A rule float switch is also in the sump above the pump to be hooked up as a high water alarm but I have never added the alarm, the wires are terminated at a connector block above the deck in the engine compartment.
Transom mounter folding stainless steel boarding ladder that allows you to come up through the pushpit and folds neatly out of the way.
Grounding tackle consists of 2 danforth type anchors with chain and rode for each currently stowed in the starboard cockpit locker but bow pulpit "anchor-Lok" is on board if you wish to install.
A fireboy Halon automatic extinguisher is available for the engine compartment and a new hand held marine fire extinguisher is onboard.
Jim Buoy Horseshoe life ring and a Life-sling man overboard recovery system will be included as well.
Standard Horizon VHF mounted in the cabin with a RAM mic located in the cockpit, a working digital depth finder with a flush mounted thru-hull transducer, an in-op speed log filling space, good bulkhead mounted compass (Richie BN-202 Lighted with cover)
She is a tiller boat.
