      IWRC's Wildlife Feeding and Nutrition course

      is coming to Palm Desert, CA on August 27, 2006!

       

      Lecture topics include nutritional biochemistry, gastrointestinal physiology and anatomy, what is required by neonates and why, how to help a young animal make the transition to self-feeding and gain recognition of its natural diet, how to determine what is required by adults, how to feed ill and emaciated animals, how to analyze and formulate diets and how to minimize captive stress through feeding and foraging enrichment.

       

      Attached is a class flyer with more information. Pre-registration is required. Interested parties should contact IWRC by August 4th in order to attend this course.
