      Hello All,

Just a reminder, the Race for Our Kids is this Sunday. The 5K will kick off at 8:00 AM, and the 10K will start 30 minutes later. Both races launch from the Pimlico Race Track parking lot. The courses are beautiful but challenging runs through Mount Washington. You can really fly on the downhill sections, and the uphill portions are longer and more gradual. Both courses run right through the heart of the Mount Washington business district.

Greg Cunningham sent a separate message about the race founder's background. His daughter, a leukemia survivor who was treated at the Sinai Hospital Pediatric Oncology Center, will be running the 5K wearing bib #1, so if you see a little girl wearing #1 on the course, give Peyton an extra cheer for triumphing over a greater challenge than many of us will ever face.

The shirt is an outstanding Mizuno Artic-Cool shirt. Special thanks to Holabird Sports for sponsoring the shirts, and to C & A Sports for providing the incredible four-color print on the shirt. This is one you will train in all summer!

And special thanks to Classic Catering for organizing an amazing post-race foodfest!
