      Forget the technicalities. The so-called 'upgrades' are just excuses. The
      reality is quite different.

      Every time you get a new Manager or Team Leader, he HAS TO make changes.
      Otherwise, why bother hiring him? So some surface changes are quickly
      introduced to justify his appointment, and never mind the effect on the
      overall HCI (human-computer-interface) performance. The changes were
      probably thought up by some kid fresh out of a web-programming training
      course with zero industrial experience.

      Both think they are now 'professionals'. Sigh.
