Richard, my name is Matt and i seem to be getting emails intended for another person. That person being an Andrea Murland. Yesterday I sent an email request to be assigned a mentor from the BGT group. I have not received a reply yet and am wondering if maybe a mailing list has become scrambled with the result of me receiving emails not intended for myself.
Have a pleasant day, Matt

Andrea, here are your edits, in the standard format. Really only two issues, plus a suggestion. After revising you may upload to http://tinyurl.com/ch5ot42
Don't forget to delete your Tests/OR folder copy.
Obviously this can wait until your return from vacation!
EDIT: the hood lies flat ["lie" (lie, lay, lain) is an intransitive verb that means being in the prone position; "lay" (lay, laid, laid) is a transitive verb that means to put or place. Each is commonly misused for the other.]
EDIT/Edit: Unless "sac" has a Canadian or Imperial meaning of which I am unaware, its use is limited to anatomical descriptions such as an insect's egg sac. The manufacturer uses "sack," which I've always seen used for the common parcel. Maybe because of your earlier OR on a product that its manufacturer named "Sac?" Here and in several other places.
EDIT: lies flat [As above.]
Edit: Consider adding a sentence or two about care, especially washing.
