      True. She contacted me off list about another issue. I found out she was using Word2000 and had limited computer experience. I just assumed she was using Outlook or Outlook Express. Assumptions can get you into trouble….    ;o) Thanks for pointing that out. I normally do it the way you described but I was trying to keep it as simple as possible.
