      Any help would be appreciated.

Apologizes for going OT but I'm a little amazed to find 2 other members this close to my home. I'm over in Okeechobee and my sister has a couple of winter homes just up the road from Punta Gorda..Worked there myself a few times before retiring. Lived in Port Charlotte for a year or so.

Offer is open if I can ever help you guys out with anything.
